Lead digital design projects, streamline workflow, foster collaboration, and ensure delivery in Digital Customer Experience. Job summary: As a Design Manager within Digital Customer Experience (DCE), you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project intake, assessment, resourcing, and execution. You will oversee daily workflows and processes for digital design projects, facilitate discussions, track milestones, and serve as the central point of contact for project status and issue management.
