What You’ll Be Doing: e2e Platform Lighthouse & Integration - Support complex integration programmes across the Blue Yonder solution space (Planning + Execution). - Actively collaborate with the field teams and customers to drive adoption of our new solutions and platform capabilities. - Guide Professional Services during first and early implementations, ensuring sound design decisions and scalable integration approaches. - Provide architectural oversight for customer engagements, ensuring standardized and scalable patterns across teams. - Share your knowledge within the Lighthouse team as well as ensure that your colleagues from Professional Services get to know what you explore and learn. - Collaborate across teams to ensure requirements, dependencies, and improvement areas are well understood and actioned. - Supporting legacy customers in their transition toward new Cognitive solution adoption.
