Job Summary: Summary The Nursing Professional Development Specialist is an APN responsible for developing and providing evidenced based educational programs. Responsibilities include development and teaching orientation programs, providing in-service educational programs and continuing education programs. Supports nursing staff interested in conducting clinical research and participation in professional development activities. As we are migrating to EMR, interest/aptitude in informatics is essential.
