Job DetailsJob Location: 10 - Davenport Campus - Davenport, IA 52803Position Type: Full TimeThe Director of Facilities is responsible for the planning, operation, and maintenance of all campus facilities, building systems, and grounds. This position provides leadership for facility maintenance, repair, capital improvement planning, and operational support services to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained campus environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. The Director serves as a working leader, overseeing facilities operations while also actively participating in planning, troubleshooting, and operational execution. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of all campus buildings, grounds, and infrastructure. Ensure the reliable operation of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and building controls. Coordinate preventative maintenance programs to extend asset life and reduce operational disruptions. Manage work order systems and prioritize maintenance requests.
