As the Warehouse Lead , you’ll drive daily operations across receiving, inventory, replenishment, and material handling, prioritizing work, solving issues in the moment, and keeping everything (and everyone) on track. What You’ll Do: - Own the daily warehouse rhythm, receiving, replenishment, picking, and inventory control. - Set priorities, assign work, and keep orders moving, accurately and on time. - Coach, train, and support associates; be the go-to for workflow and process questions. - Protect inventory accuracy with cycle counts, audits, and fast discrepancy follow-up. - Champion safety every day, proper handling, labeling, documentation, PPE/OSHA. - Get hands-on with equipment (forklift/pallet jack; we’ll certify if needed) and drive continuous improvement/lean wins...
