In this role, you’ll work both independently and collaboratively, managing schedules, coordinating logistics, and responding to delivery requests submitted through our system. A typical day includes monitoring emails, phone messages, and incoming requests, while staying organized and adaptable as priorities shift. Success in this role requires strong time management, a customer service mindset, and the ability to build positive relationships with staff and volunteers.
