Due to operational changes, we are looking for our next Part-Time Night-Auditor Job Description: As Night Auditor, you will undertake the following duties: - Assist the Night Manager in cross checking and balancing work completed during the day - Maintain accurate guest accounts - Assist with night maintenance /cleaning and guest requests as needed - Ensure all diary events, flats and specials are actioned - Ensure an accurate cashiering balance is performed at the completion of shifts - Ensure security procedures are maintained according to policy - Liaise closely with housekeeping on information relating to rooms and lost property - Ensure guest registration forms are completed correctly - Ensure all account postings are accurate and necessary paperwork is completed. - Handle gues...
