IEM is looking for a Full Time- Financial Analyst who supports IEMs internal corporate financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, indirect rate analysis, corporate reporting, internal cost allocation, financial controls, and compliance. The analyst ensures accurate financial data for leadership decision‑making and maintains the financial integrity of the firm’s internal operations supporting emergency‑management programs. Primary Location: - Live anywhere within the United States. - Work will take place from a personal location and will depend on the need of the project. Travel Requirements: - This position may require travel to complete work assignments or attend meetings. Essential Functions: - Develop portions of corporate budgets and multi‑period financial forecasts. - Analyze departmental spending, financial performance, and internal cost allocations across business units and support functions. - Identify drivers of financial variances and recommend corrective actions. - Perform monthly close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals. - Analyze overhead, indirect rates, and shared service costs (G&A, fringe, corporate allocations). - Prep...
