Als Teil des Führungsteams berichtest du in der Rolle des Produktionsleiter (a) an den Head of Operations und verantwortest die Leitung von ~ 50 Mitarbeitenden im 3 bzw. 4 Schichtbetrieb. So sieht ein typischer Tag aus: Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines „best in the industry“ Teams (Lean Management, shop floor, daily meetings); Koordination mit Planung, Quality, Automation und Toolshop; Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Gesetzen, Normen und internen Vorgaben (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, RBA, FDA Registered); Weiterentwicklung von kontinuierli...
