Role : Solution Architect (Merchandise Management/Retail) Overview: Scope : - The Merchandise Operations Solution Architect works across a broadly cross-functional, cross-solution team to design solutions matched with each client’s specific business needs and situation. - This role engages with business and technical stakeholders, both client and internal, to understand requirements and deliver solutions that drive business value. - Works with other business and solution resources to communicate functional capabilities, industry best practices and business processes. - Responsible for delivery of functional documentation. - Works with Technical Architect(s) to understand & deliver data requirements to fulfill business needs - Ability to lead business process discussions and to communicate business process design decisions between Merchandise Operations and other Blue Yonder and 3rd party applications.
