LOCATION: The Centre Livingston WORKING HOURS: 37.5, 4 on 2 off 8 hours per day PAY RATE: £13.85 per hour: The Multiskilled Operative at ABM UK plays an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. As part of our dedicated team, you will undertake a wide array of maintenance tasks across all areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and providing high-quality service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Perform various maintenance tasks including but not limited to plumbing, electrical repairs, painting, and fabrication. - Conduct regular inspections to assess the condition of equipment and assets and perform preventive maintenance. - Respond to urgent maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly. - Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment service history. - Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver high-quality service. - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards. - Participate in training and development activities to improve skill sets.
