We currently have an opportunity for a Client Services Manager to join our Health & Education team and play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality and commercially sound facilities management services that support school communities across New South Wales. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services. What You’ll Do: This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Lead the on-site delivery of integrated facilities and asset management services, ensuring contractual, safety and quality outcomes are consistently achieved. Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders and service partners to ensure service excellence and satisfaction. Manage and motivate a diverse workforce and subcontractor base, fostering a supportive, high‑performance and inclusive team culture.
