Overview Roanoke Cement Company, a subsidiary of Titan America, has an excellent opportunity for Cement and Aggregate Sales Representative . The Sales Representative is responsible for the promotion and sale of cement and aggregate products within our market region by maintaining and growing current customer base. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager. Responsibilities: - Promote a positive safety culture through leadership by example; performs all work activities following all relevant safety policies and procedures. - Demonstrate the ability to inspire and develop, build unity and facilitate cooperation, provide solutions and deliver results and envision and implement change. - Attain sales goals for territory volume, selling price, and market share for cement, aggregate and package product/masonry cement. - Forecast customer and market demand. - Resolve customer problems and concerns in a timely and effective manner. - Collaborate to improve marketing, promotion, pricing, service, credit and logistics. - Promote company brand and overall marketing strategies. - Create demand and sell organization’s products to potential customers and prospects. - Proactively recomm...
