Job Details Kettering Health Main Campus| Kettering| Full Time| Days Responsibilities & Requirements: Oversees the hospital labor and productivity management process and also oversees physician processing for the hospital which includes supervision of the Senior Financial Analyst. Works with administration, directors and staff to ensure ongoing communication and efforts to achieve corporate goals for financial improvement/cost reduction are maximized. Reports to: Director of Finance: JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting and equivalent work experience of at least five years. Direct supervision of personnel preferred and MBA degree or completion of CPA exam preferred. Required Skills: Knowledge of hospital operational structures; gathering and evaluating data for planning, monitoring and recommending changes in operations; communicate effectively to non-financial peers. Proficient in Microsoft applications and able to adapt to working with many different platforms to manage operations.
