The HR Coordinator supports employee lifecycle and engagement initiatives across assigned employee groups. This role leads onboarding activities for new employees, provides responsive support through shared HR inbox inquiries, and coordinates recurring communications and programs such as scholarships and recognition. The HR Coordinator will participate in supporting the development, maintenance and implementation of retention and wellbeing initiatives including onboarding, recognition, wellness, employee listening and belonging. In addition, the HR Coordinator completes key administrative and financial processes such as reporting, timesheets and reimbursements. Founded in 1882, J.D.
