Summary: This role is crucial in supporting the creation and execution of employee engagement and recognition programs. It involves coordinating initiatives and events that enhance the overall employee experience, promotes a positive workplace culture, and ensures that employees feel valued and engaged. Responsibilities: Supports the rollout of engagement programs by coordinating logistics, including scheduling, communication, and resource allocation, to ensure successful delivery. Monitors participation and engagement levels, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.Assists in community-building initiatives by supporting the Senior Director in creating and overseeing programs that foster employee engagement and community, including Memorial Employee Engagement Teams (MEET), Memorial is Me Champions groups (MMC), volunteer activities, and alumni networks.Promotes group activities...
