Respective client is a global financial services firm with a large North American portfolio. Services include managing the operations and maintenance of a portfolio of retail banking centers within strict compliance with stated Scope of Work, specific Policy and Procedures and defined business plan objectives. Reporting to the Senior Facility Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating delivery of services, budgetary control, adherence to business plan, oversight of the daily management and operations activities associated with this portfolio. The Retail Facility Manager will be with directly involved with the efficient delivery of the services and accountable for the overall financial performance in compliance with the business plan within their portfolio.
