Act as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition strategies, market insights, role profiles, and competitive intelligence. Build and maintain strong relationships with Partners, Directors, and Managers, ensuring alignment with business needs. Proactively source passive talent to deliver cost-effective recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill roles. Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on search progress and sharing market insights. Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, policies, and templates while contributing ideas for process improvement.
