Description Kalos Services is seeking experienced Construction Leaders - Multi-Trade (Field Superintendents) with strong, hands-on background across multiple trades to lead and develop high-performing field teams. This is not a desk-based superintendent role. This is a field-first leadership position for individuals who have spent years in construction, understand how the work gets done, and can step in to guide teams, solve problems, and drive results in real time. Ideally overseeing 1–2 crews at a time, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard—while also mentoring and developing the next generation of trades professionals. We’re looking for well-rounded builders with broad experience across construction who can lead with credibility. Compensation: $36 - $43 / hour Schedule: Schedule varies based on workload and project demands that will include night and weekend work. The ability to work overnights and travel throughout the state of Florida is a requirement.
