Medicare Home Health Scheduler Clinical Scheduling: $18.00/per hour On-Site, Full Time: About the Role: Activa Home Health , a proud member of the AccordCare family of companies, is seeking an experienced Medicare Home Health Scheduler to support the clinical side of our home health operations . This role is responsible for coordinating and scheduling patient visits for our clinical team , ensuring patients receive timely and consistent care in their homes. The Scheduler will work closely with Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Physical Therapists (PTs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Speech Therapists (STs), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), and Speech Therapy Assistants (STAs) . The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage multiple clinician schedules, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment . Key Responsibilities: Clinical Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate patient visits for RNs, LPNs, PTs, OTs, STs, PTAs, and STAs .
