Role Summary The Head of Americas Regional Distribution Center Operations is responsible for leading a multi-site distribution network across the Americas, driving operational excellence, safety, and strategic transformation in alignment with Res m ed’s global supply chain strategy. This role owns the end-to-end fulfillment strategy and execution across the region, ensuring scalable, efficient, and high-performing operations. A critical component of this leadership position is the oversight and execution of Commissioning, Validation, and Start-Up (CVS) activities for new and expanding sites, ensuring operational readiness, system integrity, and seamless transition to steady-state operations. The leader will champion a strong safety-first culture, embed continuous improvement through a structured productivity pipeline, and optimize network performance through advanced warehouse design, automation, and strategic 3PL partnerships.
