POSITION OVERVIEW: The Clinical Supervisor, LCSW is a member of the program's leadership team and is primarily responsible for the clinical supervision and professional development of licensed staff providing treatment in the clinic. They are also responsible for implementation and oversight of evidence-based or innovative clinical services or models of care. The Clinical Supervisor, LCSW ensures clients receive timely access to quality clinical services, including during crises; oversees functions to support program’s clinical operations; and ensures program compliance with Federal, State, and City regulatory bodies, CARF and funding entities. RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to: Clinical Services: Responsible for developing and provision of evidence-based or new clinical services or models of care to effectively meet the clinical needs of the individuals/families and communities we serve.
