Work Arrangement: On-Site Position Overview: The Load Planner plays a critical role in keeping UniGroup’s transportation network running efficiently. In this role, you will plan and dispatch shipments, track orders from origin to delivery, and partner with various stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality service. This is a fast-paced, problem-solving role where you’ll balance priorities like capacity, cost, and service to keep operations moving. If you enjoy thinking on your feet, solving logistical challenges, and working with a variety of partners, this role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on day-to-day operations.
