Location: Hybrid - Manchester Salary: £91,695 - £108,889 plus £5,000 Car Allowance per annum, pro rata Hours: 36 hours per week: Contract Type: Permanent: We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Development Finance and Analysis to join our team in Manchester!!! We’re looking for someone to lead finance responsibility for major new investment opportunities (organic development, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, major regeneration scheme tenders and other growth routes) providing end-to-end transaction support, with a focus on the Central, North and South West regions. You’ll pro-actively support the Development Finance Director in providing high-level advice and strategic guidance to Group and subsidiary Boards and the Investment Committee on all matters of development finance and investment, deputising for the Development Finance Director as and when required.
