Assists with the Sales Floor Family Services Department in accordance with Company policy and state and federal regulation using skills and experience in sales, marketing, business management, customer service, leadership, human resources development, and professional development to provide excellent service to the customer. Essential Job Functions: Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations. •Provide administrative support to the Sales Director and Sales Team in Family Service by handling action items, writing and processing correspondence, and by distributing/maintaining a variety of printed materials •Support and participate in the sales effort to increase sales for FSC team •Ensure inventory of collateral materials and supplies are kept up to date and replenish as needed •Prepare and track Docusign contracts, sales cover sheets and electronic contracts •Enforce attendance policy during rotation •Assign FSC to the arrangement’s appointments daily and check all Heritage forms are submitted timely. •Assign any appointments daily •Act on customer complaints to prov...
