Hackettstown Animal Hospital is actively seeking a licensed or experienced veterinarian technician. The ideal candidate will join our team with confidence and experience in the veterinary field and be optimistic when working with the veterinary, technician and customer service staff. Be comfortable rooming patients, assisting in surgery, surgical recovery, have experience with proper animal handling and restraint. Have knowledge of x-ray and positioning, drawing blood and running bloodwork, able to use laboratory equipment, understands the importance of client education, is a positive and supportive team player, and strives to continue to increase their knowledge in the veterinary industry.
