Transaction Services Senior

Job description

Our Senior Associates are deeply involved in all aspects of the M&A process from client development to transaction closing. Senior Associates are responsible for overseeing Associates on project teams and providing senior M&A professionals with support and various deal materials. Senior Associates will handle more complex transactions and will handle communications with clients, which could include running meetings. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Regular duties include (but are not limited to): - Coordinate and support due diligence engagements - Draft due diligence (QOE) workbooks, reports, and information memoranda - Participate meaningfully in all aspects of engagement development and execution - Develop and present analyses and presentations in client and prospect meetings - Participate in M&A strategy development discussions - Mentor and develop staff Associates WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Experience: - 3-5 years of experience in transaction advisory services - Experience working with common ERP and accounting software - Experience working with or leading the development of QOE reports (Quality of Earnings)
