Come innovate with us!: Position Summary: In your role as the Q&R New Technology/Product Quality Team Representative (TR), you'll lead an engineering team that ensures that New Technology Integration (NTI) products and New Product Introduction (NPI) products meet the Quality, Reliability, and Compliance standards from conception to delivery, while continually improving processes, training, and issue tracking. Role and Responsibilities: Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For: Establish a new business process that includes quality checks for NTI products at development stages. Confirm NPI product mass production readiness using Foundry Readiness Approval system before starting production lots. Responsible for day-to-day tasks and employees' development.
