Henderson Road, Tampa, FL ** This role will operate in a hybrid capacity . Training will be in office for (4) days a week. Once training is complete, the work schedule will shift to 3-4 days in the office . Position Purpose: The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for accurately posting and applying daily cash receipts including checks, ACH, wires, and credit card payments against invoices posted in the Oracle Payment System. - Perform daily reconciliation of cash applications, researches and resolves payment discrepancies and unapplied payments, and - Maintains member bank account information for EFT withdrawals. - Reconciles daily cash receipts against treasury cash reports and bank deposits through system uploads and downloads. - Manages EFT member setup, termination, and maintenance in banking systems following established procedures. - Post premium payments in Ora...
