Responsibilities: Independent price/contract negotiations with existing and new suppliers, also under contractual aspects (consignment stock, quality guidelines, non-disclosure agreements, supply contracts, etc.) to ensure supply Identification of alternative sources of procurement with the aim of minimizing replenishment times, inventories and costs while adhering/improving the quality standard Inquiries for components and subcontracting, review of offers, preparation of offer comparisons and benchmark requests Creation of sample and initial sample orders for external purchased components and subcontracting services, tracking delivery dates and coordination between suppliers and internal requestors/affected departments. Creation of orders and scheduling agreements Contact person in purchasing for processing inquiries from the Customer Relationship module Creation and maintenance of master data (suppliers / products) Support of the internal QA departments in the event of supplier complaints Coordination of queries between suppliers and internal departments such as development, process technology or QM Participation in project meetings...
