This includes greeting guests, processing orders, fulfilling orders, making ice cream cones to order and applying toppings or special requests as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Engage guests through interaction and courteous service skills. - Prepare and serve all ice cream menu items. - Proper operation, respect, and care for equipment. - Maintain a clean and well stocked ice cream and seating area. - Perform opening and closing duties for ice cream equipment and area. - Able to multi-task under pressure and make the best use of your time. - Exercise good judgement. - Treat others as you would like to be treated. - Other tasks as assigned.
