Head of Business Development (Core & Volume) Department: Business Development: Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Home United Kingdom: Reporting To: David Williams: Description: Davies UK&I: Home-based with regular travel | 35 hours per week | Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm Role Overview The Head of Business Development (Core & Volume) is responsible for delivering profitable new business growth across core and volume claims and legal operations within Davies UK&I. This role requires a strong understanding of the insurance and claims management marketplace, extensive industry networks, and the ability to identify, shape, and convert high‑value opportunities. You will lead the full sales lifecycle—from early market engagement through to conversion—ensuring alignment with internal governance processes and achieving ambitious financial targets. You will also manage a team of business development professionals to support the delivery of growth objectives.
