Maintenance Manager

Job description

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within the plant to ensure that equipment, machinery, and facilities are in optimal working condition. This role involves managing a team of maintenance supervisors and technicians, developing and implementing maintenance procedures, and coordinating with other departments to support production efficiency and safety. Duties and Responsibilities: Maintenance Planning and Management: - Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. - Oversee and ensure routine maintenance, repairs, and equipment installations are performed to the set standard. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and compliance with safety regulations.
