Lung Nodule Program Responsibilities · Complete follow-ups assigned on the LNP spreadsheet (CT review, PET review, routine follow-ups, thoracic surgery follow-ups, etc.). · Schedule new patient referrals to the program (qualified and unqualified). · Assist with CT scheduling (if trained; otherwise escalated to program lead). · Support in-basket call management, including reviewing CT reports and triaging new patient appointment requests. · Obtain radiology records, including reports and images, via PowerShare. · Answer the LNP phone line during high-volume periods or when program staff are unavailable. · Scan and upload patient records into the EMR. Call Center Responsibilities: · Answer high-volume inbound calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. · Schedule patient appointments across multiple providers, locations, and specialties while following established protocols. · Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and referral requirements. · Triage calls appropriately based on urgency, clinical guidelines, and patient needs. · Provide accurate information regarding office locations, hours, procedures, and preparation instructions. · Route messages to clin...
