MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. Must possess current licensure as required by state board where services will be provided: WV: Licensed Respiratory Therapist Certified (LRTC) through the West Virginia Board of Respiratory Care 2. Certification as a Certified Polysomnographic Technologist (CPSGT) through the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists OR Registered Sleep Technologist (RST) through American Board of Sleep Medicine (ABSM) within two (2) years of hire. 3.
