JOB TITLE: Marketing Coordinator JOB SUMMARY: Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator works directly with firm leadership to manage and support the office's business development efforts including but not limited to the development of dynamic proposals and presentations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled at multi-tasking and thrives in a fast-paced work environment. We are looking for a creative individual who can navigate diverse communication styles and adapt quickly to shifting priorities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The Marketing Coordinator will manage the following responsibilities and others as needed: QUALIFICATIONS: - Collaborates with studio leads to plan, coordinate, design, edit and produce RFP and RFQ responses within tight deadlines. - Coordinates and designs presentations for client interviews, speaking engagements, and other opportunities. - Assists Marketing Managers in the development of winning pursuit strategies. - Updates and maintains resumes and project information sheets. - Assists with the development of award submissions. - Where needed, assists Graphic Design Managers with updating brochures, as well as conference /trade show/...
