Benefits: JOB DESCRIPTION The General Commercial Cleaner will be responsible for conducting various general housekeeping cleaning services at assigned residential and commercial client sites. Requirements: Police Clearance Check Drivers License Vehicle - Dental insurance - Health insurance - Vision insurance RESPONSIBILITIES: - Dust all furniture including desks, chairs, tables (exposed areas of desk only) and other areas as assigned - Clean all mirrors and glass within the unit, including interior glass in partitions and doors - Clean, sanitize and polish all bathroom fixtures including toilet bowls, urinals, and hand basins - Empty and maintain all containers and garbage bins - Refill all dispensers to normal limits including napkins, soap, tissue, towel, liners, and cups - Perform additional cleaning instructions received from client (when required) - Establish positive rapport with clients when possible - Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client - Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies QUALIFICATIONS: - Effective communication skills both written and verbal - Pride taken in providing clean residential and commercial...
