Job Description: Provide leadership and direction for the API manufacturing operation of a large site delivering multiple products, technically complex products, and in support of new product introductions, readiness for launch. Direct a staff of ·Has 4 direct reports and will have approximately 70-80 indirect reports including exempt and non-exempt FTEs, leading multi-shift, multi-department areas to meet production, quality, safety and financial demands of the operation.
