We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, customer service, and our core values. We are seeking an experienced Conveyor Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience vulcanizing belts and doing mechanical splices in the field, conveyor maintenance and repair, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment. The position involves primarily field work, but expected to work in the shop when not in the field. Key Responsibilities: - Perform conveyor belt vulcanization and mechanical splices. - Inspect, repair, and replace head and tail pulleys, shafts, and bearings. - Diagnose and resolve belt tracking issues. - Installation, calibration and repair of all the major brands of belt scales - Install and properly adjust skirt board rubber and other conveyor containment systems. - Strong understanding of the proper application of belting product to meet customer requirements - Work collab...
