Working Hours/Days Monday – Friday 6am – 2:30pm, OT & weekends as needed Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Heavy Load Yard Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting deliveries, loading and unloading heavy equipment using 120k lbs. straddle cane and fork truck, along with ensuring the efficient organization of all assets within the yard. You will play a crucial part in maintaining a safe and organized environment for both employees and customers. Additionally, you will assist with deliveries, pickups, and winter snow removal as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy equipment operation, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to safety. Basic Duties: - Inspect and identify damage on all deliveries. - Load and unload parts/units heavy oversize loads. - Track all shipping and receiving of equipment within the yard along with maintaining overall organization. - Responsible for the upkeep of the yard, making sure it’s a safe environment at all times for employees and customers. - Assist with deliveries/pickups on occasion. - Assist with winter snow removal. - Other duties as assigne...
