We currently have an opportunity for a dynamic Project Support Officer. The Project Support Officer provides high quality administrative and coordination support to the Planned and Project Works team to enable efficient, compliant and timely delivery of project outcomes under the WA Housing Contract. This is fast paced environment, with ever changing priorities. Reporting to the Senior Maintenance Supervisor, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services. What You’ll Do (key responsibilities): This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Maintaining accurate project documentation Supporting workflow and scheduling activities: Assisting with reporting and data management Provide exceptional levels of customer service to all internal and external stakeholders Provide support to the organisation in operational support activities. Plan and prioritise all work volumes to meet all required timelines and desired outcomes Coordinate and liaise with all relevant stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner.
