About the Job Global Sourcing & Procurement (GSP) ensures that external spend in all areas of IT and non-IT is managed in a professional and compliant way. The procurement teams negotiate global frame contracts and/or global deals with external vendors to steer global external spend and to leverage the buying power of the Allianz Group. Within GSP, you will be working for IT-Services Strategic Procurement. This team has the responsibility to manage and to negotiate all spend belonging to IT consulting and application development services. What you do: - Support and observe the team of Strategic Buyers along the complete lifecycle of sourcing projects (from preparing and running a tender to offer analysis and evaluation until awarding and contracting) - Creation of excel reports to track procurement activities - Preparation of PowerPoint presentations ahead of team- or department meetings - Support in negotiation preparation activities (e.g. preparation of Amendment documents) and observing contractual negotiations with suppliers What you bring: You can start in September and are interested in a full-time internship (38 h/week) for a period of idally 6 months or longer. 95667 | Proc...
