Qualifications: Education: A minimum of an Associate's Degree (Bachelors preferred) in a Human Service field or full certification as an Addictions Counselor Experience: Associate's Degree: Five (5) years; Bachelor's Degree: Three (3) years; Master's Degree: Two (2) years Certified Addictions Counselor (CAC): Five (5) years Your responsibilities in this role may include: 1. Providing case management services, discharge planning and care coordination for individuals transitioning from an American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) Level Residential Substance Use Disorder Treatment (SUD) Program (3.7, 3.5, 3.3, 3.1) Handle a caseload of clients to aid them in achieving adjustments to specific barriers...
