Job Description: Typical duties include but are not limited to: - Plans, directs, coordinates, and supervises the maintenance services and operations of the assigned division. - Coordinates and schedules all routine, preventative, and special project work requests. - Prepares and reviews operational reports to ensure efficiency. - Develops estimate details for routine, special, and remodel projects. - Ensures all staff are properly trained to perform their jobs. - Assists in preparation of the annual maintenance budget. - Assists in preparation of annual shop inventory. - Recommends and implements operating policies and procedures.
