Job description

Position Summary The Production Associate is responsible for cleaning, sorting, and packaging fresh produce in accordance with line leader and department supervisor instructions. This role ensures that all products meet quality and food safety standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. The Production Associate supports overall production goals and works collaboratively with supervisors and team members to maintain efficiency and product quality. Essential Functions of the Role: - Sort, grade, clean, and prepare produce products according to size, weight, color, or other specifications - Package products accurately in produce bags, trays, or other containers - Follow line leader and supervisor instructions to ensure quality standards are met - Maintain clean, sanitized, and organized workstations at all times - Identify and report production issues to supervisors and assist in troubleshooting and resolving problems - Follow all company food safety and general safety procedures, including GMPs and SOPs - Work collaboratively with production team members to meet production goals - Perform other duties as assigned to support production and warehouse oper...
