Job Overview: The Planning Manager is responsible for leading and managing all planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting activities for FPSO EPCI projects from tender stage through engineering, procurement, construction, integration, commissioning, sail away, and offshore hook-up activities. The role ensures successful project execution through development and maintenance of integrated project schedules, proactive identification of risks and delays, optimization of resources, and delivery of accurate forecasting and management reporting Key Tasks and Responsibilities: - Provide planning supervision, direction, and leadership - Responsible for the planning, discipline, and delivery of the project - Client interface management and provide leadership to all report and control requirements - Directly work with the Project Manager/Director & Project Controls Manager, aid in providing the project status, forecast of the future, and definition of alternatives - Must have a thorough understanding of the contract requirements of the project they are assigned to - Keep the Area Planning Manager informed of the personnel and training requirements of the Project Planning personn...
