Location: Centerville,Minnesota,United States SERVING DEVELOPER // EAGLE BROOK CHURCH: JOB OBJECTIVES: - Champions Eagle Brook’s volunteer culture as established by the Central Ministry team - Helps create and measure volunteer structures, recruitment, onboarding and development systems across all ministry areas - Collaborates with the Ministry Systems Manager on utilizing the church management system for volunteer-related efforts - Reports to the Senior Ministry Operations Director ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Develops tools, systems and resources that: - Define volunteer structures and role descriptions - Assist ministry leaders with best practices as they recruit, onboard and develop volunteers - Communicate standards for consistency - Works cross functionally to develop and manage the volunteer learning management system for onboarding and training volunteers - Creates leadership and spiritual development resources for volunteer directors and team leads to use as they lead and develop volunteer teams - Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve volunteer development strategies and resources - Develops strategies for campuses to recruit volunteers - Creates and maintains se...
