Description Job Summary: Support the mission of A New Leaf through the execution of multiple development strategies to fund programs, operations, endowments, and special campaigns. The MoPR will oversee a portfolio of current and prospective donors, with an emphasis on increasing the base of support from annual and major gift givers. In addition, the MoPR will provide collaboration and support in long-term fundraising strategies including capital campaigns, endowment campaigns, and a planned giving program in accordance with the A New Leaf’s mission. Essential Functions: - Proactively implement the principles of fundraising throughout all stages of the donor development cycle. - Actively engage in a comprehensive development program including annual giving, major gifts, grant writing, capital and planned giving - Demonstrate financial responsibility by working within a budget and meeting fundraising objectives - Manage assigned projects, coordinating the work of peers and setting deadlines - Track and manage key fundraising milestones - Maintain accurate financial and donor records - Provide accurate written and oral reports as requested - Performs related responsibilities as requi...
