Your mission With thousands of satellites in orbit providing critical services like telecommunications, geolocation, and meteorology, ensuring their safety and the long-term sustainability of the space environment is at the core of our mission. Vyoma's vision is to build Europe's first sovereign space surveillance solution capable of mapping all centimetre-scale space objects orbiting in low-Earth orbit (LEO). Today, we're a team of around 50 people – and we are just getting started. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a People & Talent Manager to help us scale thoughtfully. As part of our Business Operations team, you'll take ownership of our existing People practices and continuously improve how we hire, support, and retain our team.You'll have a direct hand in shaping the employee and candidate experience at Vyoma — ensuring our People processes are effective and designed with genuine care. You'll move between operational and strategic tasks depending on where you're needed most, including supporting hiring when the team is in a growth phase.
