JOB TITLE: Trainer/Instructional Designer REPORTS TO : Director, Human Resource PURPOSE: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs that build skills, ensure compliance, reinforce company culture, and develop leadership across the organization. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Collaborate with department heads and conduct training needs analysis to identify knowledge and performance gaps, create training objectives, instructional strategies, and project scopes. - Design and deliver on-the-job training programs that equip employees with the practical skills they need to perform their roles effectively and safely. - Develop and deliver compliance training to ensure the organization meets regulatory requirements and tracks completion across the company. - Design and facilitate group leadership training workshops or cohort based training for leaders and perspective leaders. - Ensure prepared trainings meet business objectives and have appropriate content. - Develop all training tools (training manuals, multi-media, visual aids, computer-based training modules) - Create course tests, quizzes, scenario training cases, exercises. - Embed company culture throughout all trai...
